Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university.

• All accounting coursework must be completed with a grade of C or above.
• Willing to travel and attend off-site meetings in person.

Responsibilities

• Preparing business valuation models and reports.
• Researching and analyzing industry, transactional, and economic information.
• Participating in management interviews onsite or via teleconference.
• Assisting audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates.
• Performing detailed analysis of financial and legal documents and potential fraud indicators.
