Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and work with the Account Manager to ensure site standards are met. You will coordinate front-desk tasks, assist with bell services, and help resolve non-urgent issues by reporting to the manager with detailed information.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, guest greeting within 30 seconds, and strong teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable first and last impressions.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests; explains parking procedures and retrieves vehicles.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; handles guest concerns calmly.
• Uses proper phone etiquette and assists with bell services for guests.
• Leads work group in delivering high levels of guest service and assigns routine roles.
• Manages staff reductions during shifts as directed by the Account Manager.
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance where applicable.
