Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers.
• Greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival and delivers high-level hospitality as part of "+The Show+" and "Aggressive Hospitality".
• Open doors for guests, assist with parking and retrieval procedures, and calmly handle guest concerns.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork and delegate routine tasks under the Account Manager guidance.
