Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and work with coworkers to meet service standards. Under the Account Manager, you will handle coordination, administration, and guidance when the manager is not on-site.

This role is not a manager position, but may involve handling critical issues with expediency. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with valet services, door duties, and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background, MVR and drug screen.
• Six months related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and maintain friendly demeanor.
• Open doors, check in guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist with bell services and room deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of facility details to answer guest questions.
• Lead team and coordinate schedules as directed by the Account Manager.
• Process cash drops and reconcile revenue and tickets.
• Protect guest confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Report issues to the Account Manager and assist with operational decisions.
