Job summary

Clayton Valet is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead client relations and staffing across the St. Louis region.

This leadership role reports to the management team and is responsible for coaching field staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring safety directives are followed at assigned accounts. Successful candidates will build strong relationships with account representatives, meet contracted staffing budgets, and deliver top-tier service with integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience or relevant background.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record within the last three years.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gain expert knowledge of company policies and valet procedures.
• Ensure accounts perform at an optimal level and staff are scheduled.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contract holders, and staff.
• Monitor timesheets, payroll and billing accuracy weekly.
• Provide monthly progress updates to clients and manage incidents professionally.
• Oversee safety checks and quality checks at sites; ensure equipment is operational.
