Clayton Valet is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of valet attendants at a healthcare facility in Illinois. You will manage client relations, schedules, and coaching, ensuring prompt, polite, and professional service in the valet lane.

This full-time role offers growth into a Manager position with a starting wage of $20/hr, plus benefits such as health and retirement options. You will work 8am–5pm at Belleville or O'Fallon locations.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license required.
• Drug screening and background check required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• 1+ year of supervisor or management experience.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficient.

Aufgaben

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures established by the site contacts.
• Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site.
• Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location.
• Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
