Clayton Valet is seeking an Overnight Site Supervisor to lead a team of valet attendants at a healthcare facility in St. Louis, MO.

As a Site Supervisor, you will manage client relations, publish schedules, enforce company policies, and coach your team, ensuring prompt, polite, and professional service in the valet lane. The role requires a valid driver’s license, drug screening and background check, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• One or more years of supervisor or management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures established by the site contacts.
• Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site.
• Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location.
• Become familiar with the employee handbook.
• Become familiar with all policies and procedures at your designated establishment(s).
• Ensure compliance with the most current policies and procedures established by the client.
• Consistently check in with your Account Manager.
• Effectively communicate with the leadership team.
• Establish a good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment.
• Ensure employees are supported.
• Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
