Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align customer needs and vaccine attributes.
• Provide customers with vaccine management updates to improve patient health outcomes and contract adherence.
• Keep apprised of clinical and market knowledge through study of scientific materials, workshops, and review of promotional materials.
• Use analytical skills to engage customers in quarterly business reviews about their vaccine contracts and performance.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates using tools like Vaccine IQ.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates within policies and ethics.
• Maintain product knowledge and CDC immunization schedule awareness for pediatric and adult vaccines.
