Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years Sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 6 years of equivalent experience in sales, marketing, military or healthcare/scientific fields.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate value in selling situations.
• Strong skills to segment customers and allocate resources to drive plans.
• Ability to analyze market potential, identify opportunities and manage territory plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare providers and professionals to align vaccine product needs with labeling and CDC guidelines.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Develop knowledge through self-study of scientific and market information and attend workshops.
• Use data to conduct quarterly business reviews and optimize contract performance.
• Support customers with education to improve immunization rates and adherence to programs.
