Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service.
• Experience conducting user research, analyzing customer insights, and translating findings into recommendations that improve digital usability, clarity, and accessibility.
• Experience creating user-centered content, prototypes, journey maps, and design artifacts that inform product decisions and enhance customer experience.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, technical teams, and business partners to test solutions, refine user interactions, and deliver evidence-based improvements.
