- Diverse portfolio showing impact on complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle.
- Translate findings into clear insights and actions.
- Partner with designers, PMs, and stakeholders to guide product direction.
- Advocate for accessible, inclusive research practices.
- Conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
- Synthesize findings into reports, personas, and journey maps.
