Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX research or related field.
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear research direction.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Diverse portfolio showing impact across complex problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to influence product direction.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and research best practices across teams.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and equitable access to information in research.
