EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to advance the usability, accessibility, and scholarly effectiveness of our research platforms. You will design and lead studies that inform product strategy and drive evidence-based improvements for higher education and library tools worldwide.

This is a US-based remote role with flexible work arrangements; you will partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate findings into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or related field.
• Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear research direction.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex findings into clear actionable insights.
• Partner with UX designers, PMs, and stakeholders to influence product direction.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and research best practices.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into research reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive access to information.
