EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to advance usability, accessibility, and scholarly workflows across our discovery platforms. You will design and lead studies with students, faculty, librarians, and researchers to inform product strategy and drive evidence-based improvements in higher education tools.

Remote, US-based role with hybrid options where applicable. You’ll collaborate with designers, PMs, and stakeholders to translate findings into actionable deliverables

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into research directions.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Portfolio demonstrating impact across complex spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end research studies across the product lifecycle.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design and research best practices.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Create deliverables like reports, personas, and journey maps.
• Advance accessibility and inclusive information access in research.
