Salesforce seeks a Mixed Methods Researcher to transform complex user behaviors into actionable design strategies within the UXCD team. You will bridge data, user insight, and creative execution across Digital Success initiatives, influencing product and content strategy.

You will lead end-to-end studies, combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor, and collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure accessible, impactful customer experiences across Help Portal and Agentforce.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of hands-on mixed-methods user research in digital products.
• Mastery of qualitative UX techniques and quantitative methods.
• Ability to frame business challenges into clear research questions.
• Proficiency with tools like UserTesting, Google Analytics, and Figma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute end-to-end mixed-methods research across digital platforms.
• Lead competitive research and benchmark help experiences.
• Foster relationships between Product Managers and customer councils.
• Own the UX Scorecard for Help Portal and Agentforce analytics.
• Synthesize datasets into actionable insights influencing design and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to validate concepts.
