Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX or interaction design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Portfolio showing the product design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for complex problems where product strategy is not defined.
• Create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using AI tools.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
• Build and maintain AI tooling for the design team (agents, workflows) and drive adoption.
• Develop and improve design patterns, standards, and scalable processes.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present at cross-team reviews to drive design decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
• Work with engineering to align capabilities and constraints of the tech stack.
• Balance short- and long-term design requirements against engineering constraints.
