The North American Stores Design (NASD) team is seeking customer-obsessed designers who have a passion for creating best-in-class, customer facing experiences. Come join the Home Innovation Team (HIT) and help us build the future of how hundreds of millions of customers discover, customize, and purchase home products on Amazon. In this role, you will partner with your product teams to solve complex problems for customers who are looking to purchase home goods (beds, couches, appliances), customizable products (t-shirts, mugs, curtains) to assisting customers redesign their homes.
We seek out design leaders who want to dive deep into the details and influence product strategy early in the funnel. Candidates must show that they can distill complex ideas into simple customer experiences while providing a CX vision that prove scalability over time. They should have experience working closely with product and engineering teams to build roadmaps, setting design strategy across multiple programs, and delivering experiences from early concept through launch.
Lastly, we are an AI-forward team. We have incorporated AI tools into how we design, and we invest time in building our own tools that help us step out of our swim lanes and evolve what role design plays in the product design cycle. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
