Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the user experience for a brand-new AI-native application launching to both internal AWS customers and external AWS customers.

You will lead design from concept through production, ensuring the experience is functional and genuinely loved by users across complex surfaces. You will define interactions with intelligent agents, build trust in AI-driven workflows, and own end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to power-user workflows

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Experience designing AI-native or agent-based products is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise products and external customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to delivery and post-launch refinement.
• Establish and maintain interaction and visual design standards across product areas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design direction.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and map customer journeys.
• Evaluate integration of generative AI tools into the design workflow while upholding high craft standards.
