Job summary

Amazon AWS Field Experience (AFX) seeks a UX Designer to set direction for a strategic AWS initiative supporting a global sales organization. You will obsess over the best customer experience and craft designs that scale worldwide, using design thinking and AI-aware interaction design.

You will influence business strategy by translating diverse inputs into clear user experiences, lead the creative process, and collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and leaders to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of design experience.
Bachelor's degree or above in design or HCI.
Portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables.
Strong foundation in design thinking and usability.
Proficiency with design software and AI tools.
Experience creating user flows, hi/lo fidelity designs, and prototypes.
Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
Familiarity with responsive design and design systems.

Responsibilities

Provide designs for new and existing solutions from conception to execution.
Collaborate with design leadership and cross‑functional teams to align on problems and vision.
Design complex workflows balancing divergent user perspectives across technologies.
Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Identify measures of UX health and pursue improvements based on user needs.
Scale design processes and raise the bar on design quality.
