Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience for a new AI-native application.

You will be the voice of the customer, guiding design from concept to production for both internal AWS users and external AWS customers. You will lead design in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, wearing many hats as researcher, interaction designer, visual designer, and prototyper while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure a

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Experience designing AI-native or agent-based products — generative AI, conversational AI, autonomous agents, or ML-powered workflows launched to external customers.
Experience launching AI products at AWS or a major cloud provider to external enterprise customers.
Experience working on 0-to-1 products or early-stage product teams, ideally taking a product from concept to GA launch.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design from problem framing and discovery through delivery, iteration, and post-launch refinement.
Establish and maintain interaction and visual design standards for coherence across product areas.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design direction and balance customer needs with constraints.
Conduct user research to inform decisions and map journeys to identify friction and opportunities.
Evaluate AI tooling integration into the design workflow while maintaining high craft standards.
