Job summary

Amazon's Customer Service User Experience Studio is seeking a Senior UX Designer to enhance the Associate and Driver experience. You will lead end-to-end design from concept to launch, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will also mentor junior designers and drive design reviews, using systems-level thinking to scale solutions and integrate AI best practices into the UX process. A highly collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
Experience delivering design solutions for large-scale projects.
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design from concept to launch.
Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Lead design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
Create user interfaces that reveal meaningful patterns to users.
Develop and validate solutions through user research and iterative testing.
Build narratives connecting customer insights to business opportunities.
