Job summary

Amazon's Customer Service User Experience Studio is seeking a UX Designer to improve the operational tools that anticipate customer needs and enable associates to solve real-world challenges before they reach customers.

Our studio is made up of a team of designers, researchers, writers, PMs, product managers, and developers to drive a design process that always works backward from the customer.

Qualifications

3+ years of design experience.
Have an available online portfolio.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent.
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end designs for a brand new customer service tools, from concept to launch.
Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Participate in design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders on UX direction and delivery.
Create user interfaces that reveal meaningful patterns to users.
Experiment with innovative tools and UX best practices.
