Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design or equivalent editing/writing for digital products
• Experience creating content architectures and storytelling for clear writing
• Experience applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design
• Experience with iterative design and incorporating user feedback for improvement
• Proficiency in UX writing and information architecture
• Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and their UX impact
• Adaptive learner with new financial services products and offerings

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features aligned with UX principles and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, cohesive, and intuitive content
• Create content taxonomies to improve content organization using user feedback
