Job summary

You will assign resources, manage equipment, and ensure timely work completion while maintaining open communication with frontline leaders.

The role requires five years of experience in construction/operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to adapt schedules in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review incoming work and manage the real-time queue.
• Coordinate equipment and materials to enable work execution.
• Ensure proper work acceptance and communicate changes.
• Maintain strong partnerships with supervisors and stakeholders.
