Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Standard Operations professional in Colorado to coordinate daily work plans for multiple crews, optimizing resources with safety and regulatory compliance in mind. You will assign work, track progress, and ensure readiness across assets and processes.

The role supports a hybrid work model with onsite collaboration and a starting base pay of $32.00 to $44.73 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement programs designed to support growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in construction, design, maintenance or operations; utility experience preferred.
• Schedule and manage activities to meet customer/internal requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excel or other spreadsheet tools proficiency.
• Retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust daily schedules and assign crews based on resources.
• Manage real-time queue and assign new tasks.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites and materials; ensure readiness.
• Handle schedule changes and communicate to crews and stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with supervisors and customers to improve efficiency.
