Responsibilities include coaching crews, managing performance, forecasting resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in design, construction, operations, engineering, or maintenance of utility systems.
• On-call work ability.
• Experience with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Operational knowledge of asset management and analytics.
• Proven ability to drive performance and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safety leadership and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Lead real-time safety accountability through meetings, audits, training, and site observations.
• Evaluate performance using efficiency, reliability, and quality metrics; drive improvements.
• Identify and adopt process changes with effective collaboration.
• Provide leadership over crew effectiveness, quality, and productivity.
• Assist in resource forecasting and long-term work planning.
• Recruit and develop talent; manage performance and engagement.
• Represent the organization in bargaining unit discussions and related actions.
• Build internal and external relationships to support Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper training.
