Job summary

USK Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic transformation program implementing Oracle Utilities CCS/WACS and related enterprise systems. Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of program management delivering ERP, CIS, CRM, billing, or enterprise systems implementations.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Business process improvement experience using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies.
• Strong vendor management, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, governance, executive reporting, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive business process improvements across customer service, billing, field operations, work and asset management, finance, and regulatory processes.
• Partner with the IT PMO to oversee enterprise systems implementation, integration, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and deployment.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and benefits realization.
