Job summary

Sia seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative implementing Oracle Utilities CCS/WACS and related enterprise systems. The role spans planning, governance, budgeting, and delivery across customer service, billing, work management, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in major business/technology transformations and 5+ years managing ERP/enterprise system programs, with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, PM, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MIS or similar).
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex ERP, CIS, CRM, or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with multiple workstreams.
• PMI PMP or Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred.
• Strong vendor and consulting partner management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving Oracle CCS/WACS and related systems.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, reporting, risk management, and decisions.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment of business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategies.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, data conversion, training, and production deployment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/PM
