Job summary

Directio is seeking a Senior Oracle Utilities Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a U.S. client in the energy/utilities sector.

You will oversee complex data loads, batch processing, and incident triage across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG, while guiding offshore teams and leveraging OUAF. The role requires strong leadership, extensive Oracle Utilities experience, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and compliance frameworks, contributing to a broader Oracle Utilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations, upgrades and managed services.
• Lead offshore teams of 5–15+ developers/engineers.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, NERC-CIP and ITIL.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end architecture leadership across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot nightly batch schedules and high-volume data loads.
• Lead Level 2/3 production triage for P1/P2 incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Guide Java/Groovy components, BI/UI mappings, and Web Services within OUAF.
• Oversee usage calculations, VEE rules, IMD processing, and smart-meter events.
