We have an opportunity with a utility client for a Senior Program Manager - Business Transformation & Enterprise Systems Implementation (Oracle Utilities).

• Location: Atlantic City Or Folsom, NJ
• Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
• Employment type: Contract
• Overall program timeline: Q4 2026-Q1 2030; initial contract term to be confirmed
• Implementation start: Scheduled for Q1 2027

About the Opportunity

This role will lead a strategic Utility Alignment program bringing together Clients across business processes and technology systems. The program includes implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).

We are seeking a business-focused transformation leader with strong business acumen and experience bridging executive leadership, utility operations, and technical teams. Initial priorities include supporting the RFP process, vendor selection, and contract awards ahead of implementation.

Preferred Background

• Utility industry experience, particularly natural gas, electric, water, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B, WACS, or related utility systems.
• Understanding of meter-to-cash, billing and collections, field services, regulatory compliance, and work and asset management.
• MBA/MIS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci certification.
