Job summary

Sia seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation implementing Oracle CCS, WACS, and related utility systems. The role drives planning, governance, and delivery across customer service, billing, work management, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in transformation and 5+ years in PM leadership, with ERP experience in regulated utilities. A PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MIS or similar).
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and ERP/enterprise system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation program involving Oracle CCS/WACS and utility systems.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
• Develop integrated program plans, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, testing, data conversion, training, and deployment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline

Master's Degree preferred (MBA, MIS or similar)
