Staffing Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation implementing Oracle CCS, WACS, and related utility systems.

The role spans customer service, billing, work management, field operations, finance, and regulatory processes. You will partner with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver both technology solutions and measurable business value across regulated industries such as gas, electric, and water.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale business/technology transformations.
• 5+ years delivering ERP, CIS, CRM, or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with multi-year programs and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with vendors, SI partners, and consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale transformation program involving Oracle CCS, WACS, and utility systems.
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision processes.
• Develop integrated program plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, milestones.
• Align business objectives with regulatory and technology strategies.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data conversion, training, cutover planning, and deployment.
