Job summary

Accenture is seeking senior utilities transformation leaders to drive end-to-end programs in Energy Retail and Customer Operations. You will shape strategy, guide complex CIS modernization projects, and engage senior executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will originate opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate across Strategy, Industry X, Technology, and Song to maximize client impact and value creation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in utilities sector with Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformation
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs and CIS implementations (SAP or Oracle)
• Proven senior client advisor with executive stakeholder relationships
• Strong consulting and commercial acumen, managing engagements and P&L
• Deep expertise in digital transformation, data, analytics and AI
• Ability to originate and close new business and grow client accounts
• Exceptional communication and storytelling for executives
• Experience building and coaching senior teams in a diverse environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Advise C-suite and senior utility executives, influencing strategic direction.
• Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close complex sales pursuits and develop compelling value propositions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader in Utilities, contributing to external eminence and IP development.
• Build and scale high-performing teams, mentoring senior talent.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions.
