Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader with deep Utilities sector expertise to drive end-to-end transformations in Energy Retail and Customer Operations. The role involves advising C-suite executives, shaping enterprise transformation programs, and defining market-leading offerings.

You will originate complex sales pursuits, lead delivery teams, and mentor senior talent while collaborating across Accenture’s Strategy, Industry X, and Technology practices to maximize client impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the Utilities sector, with deep expertise in Energy Retail, Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs including SAP CIS implementations.
• Proven ability to act as a senior client advisor with executive stakeholder influence.
• Strong consulting and commercial acumen with P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior utility executives, shaping strategic direction.
• Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and lead complex sales pursuits and close high-impact opportunities.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams and drive accountability for scope, timeline and budget.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and contribute to thought leadership in Utilities.
