Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or K-12 environments preferred.
• Strong documentation and training abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Supports faculty, staff and students on five operating systems and related hardware/software.
• Analyzes and resolves complex computer programs or problems beyond less experienced staff.
• Provides informal hands-on training and creates online helpfiles and documentation.
• Maintains technical documentation and online helpfiles in Support Services.
• Develops and may present short courses on hardware and software.
• Participates in software development for Support Services as needed.
• Installs or evaluates software or procedures in its use.
• Provides support for printers and printer queues on UH network.
• May train users in classroom settings.
