United Tech is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to own the Meta Ads strategy, budget, and structure for our web-based social platform targeting Tier-1 markets. You will drive growth from $300K+ monthly spend to $1M+ while protecting ROAS, supported by MarTech, Marketing Analytics, and Creative teams.

In this role you will plan, launch, and scale campaigns, run A/B tests, automate buying processes, and collaborate with product/marketing.

Formación

• 4+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing large Meta Ads budgets
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and data analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta Ads strategy, budget, and campaign structure end-to-end
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns to hit ROAS, CAC targets
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Analytics teams
• Run systematic A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Automate routine buying processes with auto-rules and scripts
• Present results and plans at internal checkpoints
