Job description

Lucky Day is defining the future of skill-based gaming. Our games have experienced significant growth over the last year, and we are looking for a passionate UA manager to continue propelling the rocket ship. This is a pivotal position with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. We are a lean team, and all employees have the opportunity to impact high-level decision-making. This position is 100% remote.

The ideal candidate will be competitive, possess an ownership mentality, and have a desire to help us define a category by scaling our existing products and launching upcoming releases. This person should be data-oriented, driven to make an impact, and excel in their role.

Responsibilities

1. Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across 10+ UA platforms including Facebook, Google, ad networks, DSPs.
2. Develop creative insights and collaborate with the creative team to develop new ad concepts.
3. Regularly launch new creatives across all marketing channels.
4. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance across active ad networks.
5. Develop testing strategies, experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, and analyze performance to identify high-impact opportunities.
6. Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels.
7. Develop insights and process improvements for internal user acquisition management, analysis, and reporting.
8. Identify new growth opportunities, including new campaign types and products from existing and new partners.
9. Conduct copy testing.

Knowledge

1. At least 2 years of acquisition marketing experience, preferably with mobile consumer apps and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snap, and ad networks.
2. Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets.
3. Ability to drive incremental volume and returns through creative development, testing, and iteration.
4. Interest in both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization.
5. SQL knowledge is a plus.
