$85,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing initiatives across key channels. You will shape and scale acquisition efforts, working with cross-functional teams in creative, product, pricing, and analytics to drive growth and improve marketing ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to increase customer acquisition efficiency and long-term value
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to inform strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign development and performance analysis
  • Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Manage daily paid marketing operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, Acquisition
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in performance marketing or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics
  • Excellent data storytelling and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a proactive testing approach
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, or related field
