Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive dealership industry, focused on used vehicle sales.
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred, with ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Proven track record in used vehicle sales management.
• Experience maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Proficient with MS Office applications and internet tools.
