Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely global payroll across all regions where the company operates. You will lead full-cycle, multi-country payroll processing and partner with HR and Finance to align with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include reconciling inputs, submitting remittances, supporting audits, and driving payroll system improvements within a SOX/SOC 2 framework. Mentorship of junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related payroll experience.
• Post-secondary certificate / diploma.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle, multi-country payroll for all employees.
• Reconcile inputs and remittances for accurate pay runs.
• Maintain regulatory filings and year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on reconciliations and budget reporting.
• Mentor Payroll Coordinators and develop training materials.
