Strong Experience with Workday is required. Candidates should have a track record in high-growth tech environments, excellent communication, and the ability to drive process automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end multi-state US payroll experience.
• CPP certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute bi-weekly multi-state payroll cycles across US jurisdictions.
• Process equity-related transactions and manage off-cycle runs.
• Oversee deductions, benefits, and tax compliance per state regulations.
• Support SOX controls, audits, and payroll year-end activities.
• Develop automated reporting and reconciliation models.
