Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an experienced US Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to resolve complex payroll issues, implement process improvements, and maintain payroll data integrity. A CPP certification is a plus; 7–8 years of relevant experience required; on-site in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7–8 years of progressive payroll experience across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Proficiency with SAP, ADP, and Workday payroll systems.
