Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Healthcare System Executive (HSE) to lead and manage large-scale deals for the US Lab Diagnostics portfolio. This field-based role drives revenue growth and ensures high customer retention across chemistry, immunoassay, allergy, hematology, hemostasis, and plasma protein products.

You will oversee end-to-end deal management, build relationships with executive decision-makers, develop strategic plans, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, and maintain CRM data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roles related to lab diagnostics, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee large, complex deals from opportunity identification to execution.
• Build relationships with executives and procurement decision-makers.
• Develop strategic plans using IDN Blue Sheets to capture opportunities.
• Manage deal teams and ensure execution with field teams.
• Maintain CRM data and achieve sales goals.
