Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Healthcare System Executive to lead large, complex deals in the US Lab Diagnostics portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, build executive relationships, and manage deal teams across chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, and other diagnostics products.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial roles related to lab diagnostics or hospital purchasing is required.
Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Deal Management: oversee large, complex deals from identification to execution.
Relationship Building: cultivate relationships with executives and procurement decision-makers.
Strategic Planning: develop plans using IDN Blue Sheets to capture opportunities.
Execution and Collaboration: manage deal teams and coordinate with field teams and service organizations.
Performance Monitoring: manage time and ensure CRM data quality; achieve sales goals.
Reporting: provide regular progress updates to management and escalate issues when needed.
