Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the US. This remote role focuses on opening doors with banks, FinTechs and enterprise clients, building a strong pipeline and closing complex deals.

You will work with the executive team to shape go-to-market strategy, cultivate strategic relationships, and own the territory and outcomes with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales and business development.
• Proven hunter mentality with ability to create own pipeline.
• Experience selling into banks, financial institutions, payment providers or FinTech organisations.
• Knowledge of commercial cards, corporate payments, expense management, spend management, FX, treasury, procurement tech or enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Generating and closing new enterprise business across the US.
• Building a strong, qualified pipeline from the ground up.
• Developing strategic relationships with banks, payment providers, FinTechs and enterprise organisations.
• Identifying opportunities across commercial cards, virtual cards, expense management and broader spend-management solutions.
• Building strategic account plans for priority financial institutions.
• Developing channel, referral and technology partnerships that generate new opportunities.
• Managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting through procurement, negotiation and contract execution.
• Presenting commercial proposals and business cases to senior and C-suite decision-makers.
• Working closely with product, solutions and executive leadership to progress major opportunities.
