Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new revenue generation across the US for a global FinTech portfolio. This remote role offers significant autonomy to build pipelines, establish banking and FinTech partnerships, and close enterprise opportunities.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue growth across commercial cards, payments, and spend-management solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales and business development.
• Experience building and closing large enterprise opportunities.
• Knowledge of banks, payments, and FinTech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new enterprise business across the US.
• Build a strong, qualified pipeline from the ground up.
• Develop strategic relationships with banks, payment providers, FinTechs and enterprise organizations.
• Identify opportunities across cards, payments, expense management and spend-management solutions.
• Build strategic account plans for priority financial institutions.
• Develop channel, referral and technology partnerships that generate new opportunities.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to procurement.
• Present proposals and business cases to senior and C-suite leaders.
• Collaborate with product and executive leadership to progress major opportunities.
