Job summary

Uncapped is seeking an experienced AE for a remote role in the USA. You will manage a high-velocity sales cycle, owning US e-commerce SMB deals from first contact to closing, with telephony as the main channel and rapid follow-ups.

You’ll be measured on activity, velocity, SLAs, and winning deals, competing on a weekly and monthly leaderboard while collaborating with senior AEs and the credit team to keep velocity high.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced B2B sales with a quota.
• Ability to sustain high activity and hit daily targets.
• Strong communication on phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-velocity sales motion targeting US e-commerce SMBs.
• Hit aggressive daily activity targets: dials, connects, deals.
• Own end-to-end deals on a short cycle to closed-won.
• Utilize telephony as the primary channel with emails/LinkedIn/SMS.
• Maintain HubSpot hygiene and accurate deal stages.
