Byline Bank is seeking a Senior Universal Banker in the Chicago area to coordinate Teller and Universal Banker activities and convert service opportunities into sales events. The role requires handling complex transactions, opening/closing accounts, and assisting the team with branch operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. The Sr.

UB travels to other branches periodically to support staffing and coverage. A professional image per the employee handbook is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a banking environment.
• 1+ years of experience as a Teller, Personal Banker or Universal Banker is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
• Knowledgeable about a wide variety of retail bank products and administrative support.

Aufgaben

• Assists staff with scheduling, assigning work, answering questions, and problem resolution.
• Identifies coaching opportunities for direct reports.
• Identifies training needs of the Teller and Universal Banking staff.
• Demonstrates a proficient ability to delegate duties and assignments.
• Maintains accuracy and compliance in all account documentation.
• Processes Teller transactions and coin/currency amounts accurately.
