Peoples Bank in Chicago is seeking a Universal Banker II at our Archer Banking Center. The role focuses on delivering prompt, friendly service, processing teller transactions, opening new accounts, and driving sales referrals to meet customer needs while adhering to bank policies.

The successful candidate will be outgoing, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team, with a strong emphasis on referrals and customer experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• One year of retail banking experience is required.
• Six months of new account experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android) that supports security features per IT guidelines.

Mansioni

• Process teller line transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Open new accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Routinely refer products and document referrals in Salesforce.
