Job summary

The position requires strong leadership to mentor Universal Bankers and Tellers, while actively promoting digital channel usage and a client-centric approach in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling excellent service behaviors and mentoring on sales, service, and compliance routines.
• Guide clients and team members in the branch, providing support in complex transactions and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the Branch Manager
• Present products and services while educating clients on digital channels (ATM, Online, Mobile) to drive adoption and sales.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the branch and adapt to branch coverage needs as required
• Provide training and support to ensure consistent delivery of client and team experiences aligned with Citi standards
• Engage clients in the branch lobby to identify financial needs and convert service requests into sales or referrals
• Educate clients on self-service capabilities and encourage use of digital service channels
